Event Summary
Colorado Department of Agriculture and Acres U.S.A. will host the first in a series of Colorado STAR regional events on Saturday, August 13, 2022. The farm tour event will include a keynote address from Jimmy Emmons, farm tours of two local farms and ranches (transportation provided), program updates, guest speakers from the Colorado legislature, breakout rooms on soil science, on-farm economics and other topics, and a panel discussion with local farmers and ranchers practicing soil health. Please join us at 8 a.m. at the Ski Hi complex in Monte Vista, Colorado.
