Jenni Harris "One Family, One Farm, Six Generations” @ The Yurt

Will Harris, fourth generation farmer, began transitioning a commodity cow/calf operation, White Oak Pastures, in the mid-1990's from an industrial cog in the beef industry wheel into a small food hub. Today, the six-generation farm employs 160 full-time employees who take pride in pasture-raising and hand-butchering livestock on the farm.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Breakout Session 2

Matt Powers “Large-Scale Solutions to Regenerating Soil” @ The Brewery

Join best-selling author Matt Powers for a rapid deep-dive into the large-scale solutions we can apply as a nation to regenerate our soils EVERYWHERE: in farming, ranching, landscaping, lawncare, public lands, parks, forestry, and more. The solutions are practical, proven, and money-saving. Hear the stories of folks making regenerative soils real right now, and learn how you can make it happen too.

Lucas Evans "Building Industry from Agriculture: Hemp in Texas" @ The Yurt

Lucas Evans is an Environmental Scientist and Eco-Industrialist merging sustainable farming and advanced manufacturing. Stewarding Industrial Hemp into large-scale main-stream agriculture in Texas. His company E3 agriculture pioneered the "seed to shelter" process of growing, processing and building homes using local soil, local historical infrastructure and local labor, determined to make farming profitable, encouraging the next generation to view agriculture not just as a lifestyle choice but a career opportunity that can yield vast wealth and ecological good, at the same time.

Hiawasse Products Composting Demonstration @ The Brewery

1:15 PM - Hiawasse Products Composting Demonstration @ The Brewery

Demonstration led by Matt Powers

Grassroots Carbon Rainwater Simulator @ The Patio

See the power of healthy soil in action. Using a rainfall simulator, we'll demonstrate how different land management practices, regenerative, conventional, and beyond, affect how water moves through the land. Watch as well-managed soils absorb rainfall that bare or compacted soils simply shed, taking precious topsoil with it. This visual demonstration makes the case for regenerative management in a way you won't forget.

2:15 - 3:15 PM

Breakout Session 3

Jimmy Emmons “The $700M Pilot and What Comes Next” @ The Brewery

Jimmy Emmons discusses the $700M Regenerative Agriculture Pilot Program, sharing firsthand insights into its impact, key takeaways, and the challenges of implementing large-scale change. He’ll explore what comes next for farmers, brands, and policymakers looking to build resilient, regenerative systems. Jimmy is a fifth-generation farmer from Leedey, Oklahoma, widely recognized for his leadership in soil health and his practical, producer-driven approach to advancing regenerative agriculture.

Ann Bennett “Restoring the Conditions for Health” @ The Yurt

Ann Bennett will explore why chronic disease has increased so dramatically in the modern world and what has changed in our environment over the past century. She'll examine four major shifts—food, movement, stress and toxins—and how these changes have affected human health. Ann will draw from her personal journey into homesteading and regenerative farming and share practical ways individuals and families can rebuild the conditions that support health by making simple changes at home and by supporting local agriculture.

3:30 - 4:30 PM

Next-gen Producers Panel

Loy Sneary, Lee Albe, Joel Hollingsworth and Taylor Henry @ The Brewery

Bringing together voices across generations, Loy Sneary, Lee Albe, and Joel Hollingsworth share lessons from the past and present, moderated by Acres U.S.A. CEO Taylor Henry, to explore where the next era of regenerative agriculture is headed.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Breakout Session 2

Megan Neubauer “Pick-Your-Own Farming” @ The Brewery

In this session, Megan Neubauer shares how she built a thriving “pick your own” farm model that turns customers into a consistent, high-value market. Drawing on her background in science and real-world experience at Pure Land Farm, she breaks down the strategies behind direct-to-consumer success, from crop planning to customer experience. Attendees will gain practical insights into creating profitable, resilient farm systems that connect people more deeply to their food.

Joel Hollingsworth “Grounded Hope” @ The Yurt

People talk, the media cheers, another farm quietly goes bankrupt. Generations are falling into cynicism as we watch one expose after another on someone who is loudly celebrated for the opposite. In this session, Joel Hollingsworth, the founder of Smoke River Ranch, will explore how we must look at everything around us with eyes wide open in order to truly fix it. And how we don't lose heart while doing so.

2:30 - 3:30 PM

Breakout Session 3

Mike & Roy Thompson “Five Generations to Regeneration” @ The Brewery

Mike and his father, Roy, share their story. Roy Thompson farmed for 46 years, largely following the same practices used by the three generations before him, but remained open-minded when his son returned with an interest in pursuing soil health. Growing up, Mike never planned to farm and spent 18 years away after high school before returning to the family operation. That time away helped break the cycle. By combining his father’s experience and wisdom with his own curiosity, hunger to learn, and new knowledge, they formed a powerful partnership that helped drive their success in regenerating the health of their soil.

Robby Sansom “Building Trust in Regenerative Certification” @ The Yurt

Robby Sansom, CEO and cofounder of Force of Nature Meats, is leading the charge in regenerative agriculture to revolutionize the food industry. An experienced executive with a background in finance, operations, and strategic growth, Robby specializes in scaling mission-driven companies and navigating complex business challenges. With a passion for environmental stewardship and ethical food production, Robby is at the forefront of restoring ecosystems, supporting farmers, and providing consumers with regenerative meats that are better for people and the planet.
